At Elite Wheels & Tyres, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your merchandise in its original box, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
