How do I ensure I am ordering the correct wheel size for my vehicle?
We recommend using our 'Fitment Finder' tool on the homepage. By entering your vehicle's make, model, and year, our system will filter for wheels and tyres that match your specific bolt pattern and offset requirements.
What is the typical shipping timeframe for wheel and tyre packages?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. For mounted and balanced packages, please allow 3-5 business days for assembly before shipment. Delivery generally takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer professional mounting and balancing services?
Yes, all wheel and tyre packages purchased together come with complimentary professional mounting and high-speed road-force balancing, ensuring they arrive ready to be installed on your vehicle.
What is your return policy for performance wheels?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in brand-new, unmounted condition. Please note that once a tyre has been mounted to a wheel or a wheel has been installed on a vehicle, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do my new wheels come with a structural warranty?
Every wheel sold by Elite Wheels & Tyres carries a lifetime structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty against manufacturing defects, providing you with long-term peace of mind.
Are TPMS sensors included with my purchase?
Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensors are not included by default but can be added to any package during the checkout process. If added, we will install and sync them prior to shipping.
